Open App Marketplace from your sub-account or Agency View sidebar, and search or filter by category.
Click Install on an app. GoHighLevel shows exactly what permissions (OAuth scopes) the app is requesting.
Review and approve the permissions. The app connects via a scoped OAuth token, only accessing what it asked for.
The app appears in your sidebar or the relevant feature area, ready to configure.
Note: the Agency-level Marketplace is only available on Freelancer and Agency Pro plans; sub-account level apps are available more broadly.

🔒 Private Apps
Capped at 5 agencies. Good for testing or client-specific tools. Once you hit 6+, new installs block until you go Public or pass Security Review.
🌍 Public Apps
Listed in the Marketplace for discovery. Requires the full review process, typically about 10 business days, covering security, billing, and support readiness.
To start: create a developer account at the Marketplace Developer Portal, build your integration using the GHL API and OAuth 2.0, then submit for review with your pricing, support contact, and permission scopes clearly defined. Agencies can also resell approved apps to their sub-accounts at a markup over the developer’s base price.
